DEVICE DESCRIPTION
Catheter Sheath Sets has four types, which are A,B ,C and D. Among them,-Type A is consisted of catheter sheath(Ⅰ), dilator(Ⅰ), introducer needle, introducer catheter, guide wire, sterilized single-use syringe and scalpel blade. Type A is widely used one.

INTENDED USE
This product is intended to percutaneously insert into a blood vessel during interventional operation, guiding angiographic catheter, guiding catheter, balloon catheter and other similar catheters into artery and vein.
ADVANTAGE OF SHEATH TYPE A

-Hemostatic valve design
Unique hemostatic valve design, which prevents blood return, and facilitate the operation of guide wire and catheter.

-Without plasticizer, safer
Side branch adopts TRU material,without DEHP plasticizer, safer.

-Excellent lubricity and radiopacity
The sheath adopts FEP+Bi2O3 material,which has excellent lubricity and radiopacity.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Withdraw the sheath.
Catheter sheath sets (A)
Remove the device and then the sheath after operation.
Catheter sheath sets (B,C,D)
①After removing the device, insert guide wire into the sheath and go at least 10cm beyond the tip of it.
②Insert dilator to the sheath along the guide wire and lock it.
③Pull back the sheath and dilator(as a whole).
④Pull out of the guide wire.
