The peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment technology referred to in this specification refers to the technology for diagnosis or treatment of other blood vessels except intracranial blood vessels and cardiac coronary blood vessels by the way of vascular puncture under the guidance of medical imaging equipment, excluding the technology for diagnosis or treatment of tumor diseases by the way of blood vessels. It has carried out peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment for more than 5 years, and has completed at least 500 cases of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment within 5 years, including at least 150 cases of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment above the third level. (2) In the second level hospital, there are relatively fixed medical imaging department, vascular surgery or cardiovascular surgery, which has carried out peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment for more than 5 years. Within 5 years, there are no less than 400 cases that have completed peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment, and no less than 100 cases that have carried out peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment for more than three levels. The technical level is in the leading position in the region.
